Trailer

I’ve already watched the movie, but I would definitely enjoy watching it after finishing reading the book, that way I can compare the book with the film and decide which one is better. From what I’ve read until now, the book and the trailer seem pretty alike, starting with the fact that the main character, Bruno is seen very upset for the fact that they are moving from their house of Berlin to a new isolated one. I also like the trailer because you can see it treats the theme of World War II and the Holocaust, when the Jews where taken prisoners into concentration camps. We can see the perspective of a little kid, of how he doesn’t know anything about the war and how the Jews are being killed, so the way he doesn’t judge the little kid on the striped pajamas for his innocence and somewhat ignorance. I would recommend this movie to people that interest in topics like the Holocaust and World War II, but I wouldn't recommend it to kids, since its really strong and sad.
